The App does not include commercial built-in channels, commercial built-in playlists, or built-in media libraries for end users. Any demo playlist, if available, is provided only for app testing, demonstration, or platform review purposes and does not represent a paid media service or a content subscription.
1. Scope of This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the Trend Pro application and related activation or technical services used to verify authorized use of the App. It does not apply to third-party websites, external services, playlists, media servers, hosting providers, payment providers, IPTV providers, content providers, or any external content sources that may be configured for use with the App.

9. No Content Provider Relationship
Trend Pro is not a content provider, broadcaster, IPTV operator, streaming service, cable operator, satellite provider, television network, movie provider, or video-on-demand provider. Installing or using the App does not include, unlock, sell, or grant access to any media content, channel package, playlist, subscription, or streaming service.
10. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring that any URL, playlist, portal, stream, file, service, or source configured inside the App is lawful and authorized. Users must not use the App to access, play, distribute, or facilitate unauthorized, infringing, illegal, or unlicensed content.
Trend Pro may restrict or disable access to activation or technical services where there is evidence of abuse, misuse, unauthorized access, or violation of applicable laws or platform policies.
11. Advertising and Tracking
The App does not use user data for third-party advertising purposes and does not intentionally include behavioral advertising, cross-app tracking, or sale of personal information. If advertising or analytics services are added in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated.
12. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The App itself does not use browser cookies in the same way as a traditional website. Server-side logs or security systems may record technical connection information such as IP address, request time, device type, app version, and response status for security, diagnostics, and service reliability.

- We may request additional verification information before processing the request to prevent unauthorized deletion.
After a valid deletion request is verified and processed, the related activation record and associated configuration data will be deleted or anonymized where legally and technically possible. The App may no longer be able to access the configured service unless it is activated again.
Some limited information may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or backup integrity.

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 and is not intended for use by children without parental or guardian supervision. Access to the App may depend on a valid activation status. If a device is deleted, expired, suspended, or not authorized, the App may block access and display an activation or portal screen. This processing is necessary to maintain app security and prevent unauthorized access.
25. Demo or Review Access
The App may include a temporary or limited demo playlist or review configuration for testing, demonstration, or app store review purposes. Such demo access is provided only to allow the App’s technical functionality to be reviewed and does not constitute a media subscription, paid content package, or commercial content service.
